Cobwebs cottage is set in a n area of gardens and woodland, near a winding stream. On the ground floor is a large cosy lounge with gas fire, colour T.V with video and a Hi-Fi system. There is a dining area, the kitchen/breakfast room is fully fitted with electric oven and grill, toaster, microwave and the eating area sits 6. The utility room houses dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The downstairs bathroom has a shower.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, 2 are doubles as well as a bathroom.
There is a patio area outside which is an excellent sun trap, parking is beside the cottage.
