The week starts with a Grand Opening event at Hollands Park. Further events throughout the week include, a Raft Race, Parade Night, Wheelbarrow Race, Car Show and Fireworks display. There are also other events including Live Music and fun for all the family.

The main parade is always on the second Wednesday of August and is an evening of excitement and fun, attracting thousands of onlookers and featuring a procession of colourful and imaginative floats, varying in size, theme and history some, like the “Uncle Tom Cobley”,which has been entered into the parade since 1911

Towards the end of the week the bay is lit up with a fabulous firework display over the bay on the friday evening and is rounded off with the Static Motor Show on the saturday morning.

An August week of fun and entertainment for the whole family, this is an event not to be missed!!
